Introducing Patchs App
On Monday 4th September 2023, we will be switching from E-Consultation to PATCHs.
This is another type of online consultation service that will allow you to contact us from our practice website and your NHS App.
E-Consultation will be decommissioned on Friday 1st September 2023, you will be able to submit a PATCHs consultation on the morning of Monday 4th September 2023.
Please be aware that there will be a limited number of requests available to launch until we are fully operational. Please bear with us over the coming weeks while we implement PATCHs into our clinic system, we hope to be fully operational as soon as possible to provide you with the best service.
